家长通知政策

The federal 1974年《家庭教育权利和隐私法 prohibits educational institutions from disclosing information from a student’s educational record, including disciplinary files, to any third party, including parents, without the student’s consent. The exceptions to this rule include the 家长通知的UM系统策略 and other emergencies.
