What’s New with Teams

在会议中聚焦多个用户： Organizers and presenters can now 在会议期间，最多可同时聚焦7名与会者. For meetings that have more than one speaker or presenter, multiple spotlights are a great way to focus all attendees’ views on those specific video feeds. Once a single participant has been spotlighted, simply click on the context menu of your additional participant(s) and select 添加关注.
直接从Teams消息中创建任务： 消息对话通常会导致后续操作，但在单独的应用程序中创建任务可能会破坏您的工作流程。 To help, we’ve added the ability to quickly create tasks right from any Microsoft Teams chat or channel conversation without having to switch apps or windows. To create a task, click the ellipses (…) in the pop-out menu, then select 更多的行动 and choose 创建任务. You’ll now be able to track it in the Tasks app in Teams. 从Teams消息创建的任务（可在Teams桌面和web上使用）将出现在Teams的任务应用程序中。
聊天泡沫: 在团队会议期间发送的聊天内容现在会显示在所有会议参与者的屏幕上，使聊天内容更加成为对话的中心。 您不再需要在会议中手动打开聊天窗口以查看与会者正在键入的内容。 默认情况下，此功能是开启的。 To turn off this feature, select Don’t show chat bubbles under more actions.

SecureAuth退役
UM System正在摆脱与SecureAuth的密码和多功能授权（MFA）合作关系，并将继续与微软Azure身份验证合作。 在6月29日之前，所有使用SecureAuth进行身份验证的应用程序都被转移到微软MFA。 On June 30, we decommissioned the SecureAuth Password tool and redirected all the 密码工具链接 to the appropriate Microsoft Azure tool. 这只影响到新学生/员工。 我们正在与人力资源和注册商合作，以帮助这些过渡尽可能顺利。
UM系统更新邮件策略
Two new and very important systemwide policies were published recently that have a direct impact on how email is used and how user’s accounts are handled at the University for faculty, staff and students. 以下是这些政策的一些亮点：
- 禁止在其他帐户上使用与大学帐户相同的密码。
- 禁止设置大学电子邮件地址自动转发到非大学电子邮件地址。
- Email saved in your “Inbox”, “Sent Items” and “Deleted Items” will automatically be deleted when they reach a certain age.
- 电子邮件配额将严格执行，除非是出于法律原因，否则不会延长。
- 当教职员工和学生离开学校时，电子邮件帐户将被锁定和删除。
- 在过去六个月内未被访问的所有帐户（教职员工，学生，资源帐户）将被锁定，并在45天后删除电子邮件。
- 退休人员（非退休人员）的电子邮件访问也在发生变化。
- 严禁用电子邮件发送带有ssn、患者健康信息或信用卡号的信息或文件。
