Hall received bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Social Work from New Mexico State University, Las Cruces; 以及马萨诸塞州北安普顿史密斯学院的博士学位。 她是2011年高等教育资源服务妇女领导学院的校友，也是全国100名黑人妇女联盟的成员。
“As vice chancellor, Dr. Hall will play a vitally important role in the 威尼斯人娱乐城 leadership team,” said Chancellor Mauli Agrawal. “She will guide the work we all share in maintaining and enhancing the commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion that is thoroughly woven into the fabric of our university community.”

The 威尼斯人娱乐城 多样性和包容性司 promotes diversity and inclusion as a critical factor for student, staff and faculty success, and provides leadership and guidance to campus-wide efforts to ensure that commitment continues to be an important driver of excellence in higher education.
The division guides the work of multiple campus initiatives, including the Chancellor’s Diversity Council, the 提倡多样性 program and the 教师多样性对话 series. The division also sponsors multiple community engagement programs such as the 关键的对话 series, the 马丁·路德·金., 骄傲 and César Chávez lectures, and the 有色人种女性领导会议.
