Undergraduate students’ academic status is assessed at the end of every term, whether the student is full‐time or part‐time for that term. 根据以下规定，夏季学期被认为与学期相同。

学术警报
First time college freshman admitted to 威尼斯人娱乐城 on the basis of high school records, who have a UM cumulative GPA between 1.50 and 1.99 at the end of the first semester of either full or part‐time study will be placed on 学术警报. 受到学术警告的学生必须在第二学期结束前达到2.0 UM的累积GPA，否则将受到学术警告。 在此之后，他们将受到常规学术地位要求的约束。
First time college freshman placed on 学术警报 who have earned 60 or fewer college credits will be required to enroll in UNIV 100 — Academic Development in their next term of enrollment or the next term in which the course is offered.

学术的合同
学生也可以被安排在GPA合同上（或被录取）。 合同是有期限的。 If a student’s term GPA is higher than the GPA stated in the contract, they will remain on said contract until the UM cumulative GPA reaches 2.0 (or the GPA level established by the academic unit). The first term that a student’s term GPA falls below the GPA stated in the contract, the student will be placed on 学术解雇.
学术解雇
