You can print and complete the 健康史表格（PDF） to bring to your first appointment. 这可以帮助您提高签入过程的效率。
健康与福利

- 登记后，请坐，等待注册护士（RN）叫你的名字。

- 执业护士（NP）将进入检查室进一步评估您的需求。
咨询

- 请在预约的初次会诊前30分钟到达，提前完成所需的文书工作。
- 你将与心理健康专家会面约25到30分钟，讨论是什么让你去咨询，并确定什么可能对你最有帮助。
- 在初次咨询期间，咨询师可能会问一些似乎与你最初关心的问题没有直接关系的问题。 Your answers to these questions provide important information that helps your counselor to get the “big picture” of how you are doing.
