政策声明
在下列情况下，学生可被行政撤销入学资格*：
不参加课程作业
为了遵守与联邦财政援助资格规则相关的联邦法规，威尼斯人娱乐城教师将利用行政出勤调查来确认所有学生在学期前三周的出勤情况，并在行政上放弃不参加特定课程的学生。 为了本次调查的目的，如果学生表现出以下可接受的学术相关活动之一，则认为他们已经开始出勤或参加课程
- 亲自参加直接互动的课程
- 提交学术作业
- Taking an exam, interactive tutorial, or computer‐based instruction
- Attending a school‐assigned study group
- 参与网上学术讨论
- 主动与教师联系，询问所研究的课题
Students will have 48 hours to respond to the notification and request to re‐enroll in the course with instructor permission. Instructors may evaluate the student’s request in the same manner as other late enrollment requests.
所有退款将根据威尼斯人娱乐城学术日历的退学日期进行。
不符合限制性入学标准
Students changing academic programs/plans (or no longer in good standing) and therefore no longer meeting eligibility for one or more enrolled courses may be administratively dropped with 100% refund by the academic unit by the last day of the thrid week of the term.
没有付款
*Although students may be eligible for administrative drop, it is the individual student’s responsibility to ensure accurate course enrollment status in 通路.

流程：教师提交加/退申请，并将电子邮件通知副本发送给注册主任，并将副本发送给部门主席。 行政退学程序应不迟于课程第三周（或同等时间）的最后一次班会之后立即执行。
向系主任提出上诉：书面上诉应说明令人信服的上诉理由，并提供任何额外的文件或证据来支持上诉的基础。 The department chairperson’s appeal decision is final.
